They are currently looking for an excellent Sustainability Design Specialist with top presentation and communication skills to join their team based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will possess practical design and analysis experience, coupled with the ability to raise awareness and approach to produce environmentally sustainable designs.
Ideal candidates must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Sustainable Design strongly preferred
•Minimum 3 years post qualification experience related to green design
•LEED GA/AP or HK BEAM Pro qualifications are highly advantageous
•Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is essential (written and spoken)
•Thorough knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and Green Building Certification guidelines.
•Must have an interest and passion for studying and researching new green technology, materials and systems
•Ability to demonstrate strong design skills with the ability to drive and lead a design team to produce cutting edge developments
•Ability to communicate: verbally, graphically, and in writing.
•Knowledge of 3D delivery tools and environmental analysis tools would be beneficial
•Proficiency preferred in the use of; Rhino, Sketch-Up, Ecotect, Vasari, Radiance and CFD Analysis
